Andy LeBarron is the Vice President of Sales & Marketing for The Caulkers Company. Prior to this, he spent 20 years in construction material supply. He developed his technical knowledge and skills as a sales representative before transitioning to managing a sales team and distribution center. As a Vice President with The Caulkers Company, he is responsible for business development, marketing, sales, estimating and project management. His focus is primarily on Sealants, Waterproofing, Concrete Repair, and Masonry Restoration.

How long have you been involved with ICRI?
I have been a member of ICRI for 17 years.  I have held positions on the fundraising, communication, membership, and education committees. I have also served as board member at large, as well as Vice-President and Chapter President.

Why are you a member of ICRI?

The Minnesota Chapter of ICRI draws not only Architects, Engineers & Manufacturers, but also strives to engage suppliers, contractors and field personnel. This all-inclusive approach makes ICRI unique in its ability to positively impact the local industry.

What do you do when you are not working?
Skiing, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Guitar, BBQ and Kiddos.
