Jessi Meyer has held positions in technical service, sales, and is currently Vice President of Technical Sales and Product Management at Cortec Corporation in St. Paul, MN. Jessi and has over 20 years of experience in the concrete construction and restoration industry. Jessi holds six patents in the field of corrosion inhibitors used in the concrete/construction market and is active as a presenter on corrosion inhibitor technologies. She has authored several technical papers through ICRI, NACE, ACI and other technical forums. Jessi is a past board of director for ICRI National and past marketing committee chair. She currently sits on the marketing, membership, corrosion, and service life/durability committees. In addition to ICRI, Jessi is an active member of the American Concrete Institute (ACI) and the National Association of Corrosion Engineers (NACE), and serves on several technical committees within those organizations.
How long have you been involved with ICRI?
I have been a member of ICRI for more than 18 years and have served on both the National and MN Chapter board of directors. I have held various roles within the MN Chapter Board since its inception in 2003, including serving as a Past President. Currently serve on the MN Chapter communications committee.
Why are you a member of ICRI?
ICRI has allowed me to learn a lot about the construction industry, concrete repair, as well as connect with many of my Peers and Mentors.
What do you do when you are not working?
Attending any number of sporting events my three sons participate in including hockey, cross country, track and soccer; photography; spending time on the St. Croix river in the summer.
