PJ Vaughan is a Sales Professional for ARDEX Americas, covering the Upper Midwest Region, since 2014. He graduated from U of M Minneapolis with a Bachelor of Arts Communications . PJ was also a Concrete Laborer for 12 years installing all types of cast in place concrete.

How long have you been involved with ICRI?
I have been a member of ICRI for around 3 years so far.  A Board Member on the Membership Committee 2017-2019, VP 2020 and now President 2021.

Why are you a member of ICRI?
The community is an excellent opportunity to network professionally and socially.  ICRI helps establish my credibility and provides an opportunity to be successful. 

What do you do when you are not working?
Skiing, snowboarding, hunting, mountain biking, Rock & Roll Concerts.  Spending time with my wife and two kids.
